We have a Help Center that we’re always updating with Images to help you quickly troubleshoot. But we know talking to a real person is often needed.
We staff our Customer Success team 6 days a week and offer priority support to our Business and Community Plan Hosts.
When you’re logged in to your UUKI, look for the “We are here” button in the bottom right-hand corner. This is where you want to go to get in touch.
